Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued. No exchanges will be made on custom orders.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returning products.
Whimsyboo Baby is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Whimsyboo Baby will gladly ship the items to be exchanged by ground transit- free of charge.
To quickly process your return, please include a copy of your invoice or receipt.
Please do not send cash or check with your return. If a balance is due we will contact you to confirm amount for payment.
When Whimsyboo Baby receives your items and verifies that they are still in new condition, we will then process your exchange or issue you a store credit for the amount of the items returned.
